Provide customer support and troubleshooting of our products.
Learn new application features/add-ons and test related to the products.
Present and train on product features.
Gather requirements from customers.
Perform Fit & Gap analysis
Design and develop customizations for the package
Implement the package
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT-related field
- Interest in customer support
- Eagerness to learn new software product technologies
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java
- Knowledge of Databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Experience in product support is plus
- System development experience is an advantage
- Male / Female
