• Provide high quality services to meet customer and partner’s expectations.
• Constantly follow the customer requirements, be a professional customer and partner representative.
• Plan, manage and monitor the activities, motivate, and evaluate the subordinate’s performance.
• In case of quality problem at host, ensure to prepare and start up the mission as standard.
• Prepare work instructions, non – conformity analyses, work out actions.
• Product supervision, follow up break points.
• Carry out internal process audits.
• Implement corrective actions and apply quality assurance tools.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in automotive, Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electronics Engineering or any
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Engineering Maintenance, QA, QC, Site engineer
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive specifications, standards, and quality tools.
- Experience in quality-related processes (8D report, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, 5 Why).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Audit experience is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Must own a car and be willing to travel and work abroad (based in Rayong).
- Good communicate in Chinese (speaking, writing, and reading) - HSK 4-6
