Guest Service & Experience :
• Ensure excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain the hotel's reputation.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on delivering high-quality service.
Menu & Beverage Management :
• Collaborate with chefs and suppliers to design attractive and cost-effective menus.
