1.协助总经理制定公司战略规划,统筹管理建筑施工项目的全面运营,确保年度经营目标达成。
2.监督项目施工进度、质量、安全及成本控制,协调设计、采购、工程等部门资源,推动项目高效执行。
3.主导大型工程项目的投标、合同谈判及客户关系维护,解决项目执行中的重大技术或管理问题。
4.建立健全公司管理体系,优化流程制度,提升团队效能;负责部门绩效考核及人才培养。
5.确保施工符合泰国当地法律法规、行业标准及安全规范,管控项目风险,保障公司合规运营。
6.维护政府机构、合作伙伴及客户关系,提升公司在泰国建筑市场的品牌影响力。
1. Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the general manager in formulating the company's strategic plan, coordinate the overall operation of the construction project, and ensure that the annual operating goals are achieved.
2. Supervise the project construction progress, quality, safety and cost control, coordinate the resources of the design, procurement, engineering and other departments, and promote the efficient execution of the project.
3. Lead the bidding, contract negotiation and customer relationship maintenance of large-scale engineering projects, and solve major technical or management problems in project execution.
4. Establish and improve the company's management system, optimize the process system, and improve team efficiency; be responsible for department performance appraisal and talent training.
5. Ensure that the construction complies with local laws and regulations, industry standards and safety regulations in Thailand, control project risks, and ensure the company's compliance operations.
6. Maintain relationships with government agencies, partners and customers, and enhance the company's brand influence in the Thai construction market
