รายละเอียดงาน
1)Supervise daily production operations (SMT & THT) to ensure efficiency and productivity and the possibility to take over box build based on workload.
2)Plan and schedule production runs based on demand and capacity.
3)Ensure proper setup, operation and utilization of resources.
4)Improve the SMD Change over and OEE.
5)Monitor production output to meet quality and delivery targets.
6)Ensure all products meet IPC standards and company quality requirements.
7)Work closely with the quality team to identify and resolve defects.
8)Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize defects and rework.
9)Work with the engineering and maintenance teams to improve machine performance.
10)Improve the skill set of operators by recommending proper training.
11)Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
12)Maintain production reports and ensure ontime closure of work orders.
13)Improve the MFG lead time in collaboration with Production Manager and Engineering.
14)Collaborate with engineering teams on new product introductions (NPI).
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SMT & THT production, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of SMT, THT processes, equipment, and industry standards (IPC-A-610, ISO, etc.).
- Experience with SMT machines (Panasonic and other leading brands).
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and excellent teamwork abilities.
