Sales Support & Coordination
• Assist international sales managers in handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.
• Coordinate with different departments (logistics, finance, marketing, and production) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Customer Relationship Management
• support with international clients to address inquiries, provide product information, and support their needs.
• Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and after-sales service.
• Support in resolving customer complaints or issues in coordination with the relevant teams.
Order & Logistics Management
• Coordinate order processing, shipping, and delivery schedules with logistics and supply chain teams.
• Ensure all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.) is accurate and compliant with international trade regulations.
• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
Administrative & Other Support
• Support in organizing international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client visits.
• Assist in developing sales presentations and promotional materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, international trade regulations, and contractual obligations.
