Create Purchase order, track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Assesses vendors of goods, analyzing performance and satisfaction in terms of pricing, supply, delivery, and quality.
Maintains current knowledge of external factors that could affect availability of goods and pricing; examples include applicable import regulations, taxes, tariffs, and political and economic situations in the countries of origin.
Prepare and assemble all documents as necessary for imports.
Keep import documents filled in accordance with regulations and company policy.
Coordinate with internal department and vendors.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
