รายละเอียดงาน
- Provide consultation slots for B2B clients on a daily basis and be available for weekend slots.
- Manage your schedule and ensure you are punctual when calling clients.
- Accurately assess the English language level of clients based on their use of vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and overall communication skills through phone and video calls.
- Qualify leads by building relationships with potential clients through active listening and empathy.
- Provide meaningful feedback to clients regarding their English language level and recommend the most beneficial course for their needs.
- Liaise with the sales team to provide effective customer insights to contribute to sales.
- Attend English-speaking events and workshops to develop your skills further and knowledge.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in English, linguistics, or any related field.
- 6 months minimum of working experience.
- A minimum TOEIC score of 800 or equivalent to CEFR B2.
- Passionate about helping Thai people with their English.
- Experience in a sales environment (preferred).
- Have a growth mindset and be open-minded to change and any issues that may arise.
- Remote working anywhere.
- Working hours: from 12:20 PM to 8:20 PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri).
