Seek new customers and increase sales revenue from existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs, focusing on high-performance standards.
Collaborate with HOC and planning team to ensure organized plans meeting customer expectations.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and truck owners, while increasing revenue from existing and new clients.
Support sales promotion and marketing of cross-border trucking services.
Assist sales personnel, manage customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction and service quality.
Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets.
Coordinate sales activities, manage accounts, and prepare sales reports.
Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, and provide proposals to potential customers.
Submit timely reports to Sales Manager and VP of Sales.
Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and achieve company budget targets.
Handle additional tasks as directed by the Line Director.
