รายละเอียดงาน• Full spectrum of HR functions such as Payroll, Recruitment, Training, GA. and Employee relations.
• Manage the compensation and benefits program: Payroll, Income tax, Insurances, Funds, Allowances and other related.
• Coordinate with the finance and accounting department to ensure payroll aligns with financial and accounting regulations.
• Oversee staff attendance, leave applications, employees file and database, all sensitive information of employees and company
• Oversee Performance Management System processes, including follow-up, promotions, transfers, assignments, and salary adjustment letters.
• Handle employee relations, including SSO, policy implementation, internal communications, and employee activities
• Prepare payroll-related reports, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for management and relevant authorities.
• Follow up with the recruitment process: Maintain recruitment platforms, search or screen CVs, invite, interviewees, record information and arrange interviews.
• Establish and maintain effective training and development system
• Develop and maintain Human Resources policies and working rules
• Oversee visa and work permit processes for Expat.
