A person who is responsible for maintaining and raising the quality standards of products or services in the organization. To ensure that all products or services that the organization produces or provides meet customer needs according to the specified standards. This job requires expertise in data analysis, planning skills, excellent communication skills. Quality managers must establish and manage strict quality standards. In order for the entire production process and service to be most effective. They must closely monitor and control the production or service processes to prevent errors. Guarantee quality It also includes analyzing quality data, improving processes to improve the quality of products or services.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 30-40 years
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher of mechanical engineering, industrial related fields
  3. At least 5 years experiences as QA/QC in Automotive Business in manufacturing fields
  4. Conduct QA audit, customer audits and Quality risk analysis at production line
  5. Knowledge IATF16949, PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA and SPC
  6. Leadership personality with team work capability
  7. Good supervisor skills, decision-making ability, effective communication.
  8. Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solution to problems. Languages skills
  9. Be responsible for all QA activities and operation to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications

  11. Management on employee of Quality Assurance, Quality Control by plan.
  12. Follow up, determine target and performance evaluate.
  13. Moreover, provides recommendations for improvement on the performance of their subordinates.
  14. Fix and decision making when got trouble during operation.
  15. Troubleshoot in-coming, in-process until out-going processes, improve process to be increased the job efficiency
  16. To communicate with client in order to confirm the quality to meet with their expectation
  17. Manage labour control and volume of job assignment for QA members
  18. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality
  19. Report quality problems to managements and procedure of quality concern
  20. Inspect procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained
