1. SAP Application Support for End User.
2. Manage installation and upgrades of software and hardware.
3. Cross team collaboration with central IT ServiceDesk, infrastructure, infosec and network security teams.
4. Ensure smooth onboarding for new joiner and provide ready to use desktop / laptop. Coordinate with
central IT team for user account creation and install software related to endpoint security.
5. Data retrieval and recovery processes.
6. Keep track of asset inventory of office’s IT equipment.
7. Engage with local vendors for the procurement of software / hardware.
