- Manage the introduction of new products from design to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials.
- Oversee qualification and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or product development.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
