LOVA Hospitality is a dynamic and fast-growing restaurant group based in Bangkok, currently operating four restaurants with plans to expand to seven this year, including Bianca, Lava, and HolyBelly. At LOVA, we prioritize three key principles: giving our guests a great experience, serving high-quality food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a Hostess at our fine dining restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and handling guest inquiries. You will work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience, maintaining a professional demeanor and exceptional customer service standards. Key Responsibilities • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously. • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently. • Provide menu information and answer guest questions. • Coordinate with the service staff to ensure timely seating. • Maintain a clean and organized host area.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
