• Manage P&L including, sales forecasts, budgets, and cost management reporting to the Regional VP.
• Be responsible for both sales and warehouse & delivery operational management.
• Leadership development for country’s team focused on continuous improvement
• Identify an expand the profitable product portfolio.
• Strategically develop local business focusing on budget management, partnerships, provision of customer support via different networks and channels and manage the entire cycle of business.
• Build, develop and manage the local business teams.
• Assist the marketing department to apply marketing strategies to the local market.
• Build solid relationships with NSG existing and future customer base
• Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations.
• Retain, support, and make sure that existing clients are receiving high-quality service that would keep them active.
• Keep track of the progress and the effectiveness of the strategy adopted and monitor competition by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results.
• Liase with Head Office Management and Support Staff
• Ensure compliance with Local Regulations and NSG Policies by all staff
• Maintain, create and modify Operational Procedures for country’s office to ensure full compliance and continuous improvement
