What you'll be doing
-Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the flexible packaging industry.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
-Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
-Manage complex negotiations with customers.
-Lead and manage product price structure.
-Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and pipeline.
-Contribute to the development of the overall sales strategy and plan.
-Prepare the budget planning process and forecasting.

Minimum 1-5 years sales experience for Flexible packaging adhesive products (Solvent base and Solvent free adhesives) or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
Ambitious and driven, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional strategic planning, target allocation, and problem-solving skills.
Convince and negotiation skills are needed. High responsibility and detail-oriented.
Able to travel to visit customers in another province.
Bachelor’s degree in any field who has experience in Flexible packaging industry.
