รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibility:
-Manage developing or improving analytical methods for new products and existing products including method validation report.
-Review calibration plan and approve of the certificate of calibration.
-Co-responsible for complaint management in part of testing and investigation.
-Review quality control plan: test parameter, laboratory analysis method, specification, sampling plan and frequency.
-Accountable for laboratory management system to improve credibility of laboratory such as good laboratory practices (GLP), ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
-Responsible to verify process validation result and raise issue to relevant team if found any deviations.
-Manage the resources for laboratory in all areas such as human resources, equipment, consumables, infrastructure to be ready for supporting business direction.
-Assess risk from change (to any new product, new ingredient, new/changed production process/equipment) that relates to laboratory testing and calibration.
-Supervises and develops Laboratory team members in analysis expertise and quality in design, concept as well as their career path.
-Being accountable and responsible for overall safety, safety inspection, investigation, corrective & preventive action, and safety report, including environmental and governance.
-Plan, implement and improve the testing equipment for chemical, physical, sensory and microbiological tests according to the manufacturing process capabilities and R&D new project.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, food science or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years in quality assurance and laboratory field or relevant working experience, prefer cosmetics and personal care industry.
- Accountable for overall laboratory activities: physical, chemical, microbiological and calibration.
- Proficient to use MS Office.
- Good command in English.
- Having good management, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
