1. Register incoming and outgoing documents.
2. Record, back up and maintain documents (in electronic form).
3. Store original documents and copies of important documents and confidential documents in the document storage system.
4. Verify the accuracy of documents and control documents to comply with the employee manual and company standards.
5. Responsible for storing and taking care of documents to prevent damage and loss.
6. Responsible for coordinating and controlling information documents, both in document and electronic file formats.
7. Other tasks assigned.
