รายละเอียดงาน
✅ Supervise and manage all aspects of injection mold manufacturing processes.
✅ Coordinate with partner companies in China, Korea, and Japan for mold manufacturing.
✅ Collaborate with the Japan team to develop new structures and production systems.
✅ Lead and train the team, ensuring continuous development and growth.
✅ Work closely with quality, production, engineering, and maintenance teams to optimize mold designs for efficiency and high-quality production.
✅ Manage the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of injection molds to ensure optimal performance.
✅ Analyze and solve technical issues related to molds and finished goods (FG).
✅ Implement and improve testing and validation procedures for new molds and processes.
✅ Monitor and control the mold production schedule for new products, ensuring a smooth transition from design to mass production without delays.
✅ Apply and promote HORENSO (Report, Contact, Consult) and 5S methodologies for continuous improvement in the workplace.
✅ Maintain clear and effective communication with superiors, customers, suppliers, and team members.
✅ Ensure compliance with ISO9000 and other relevant quality standards.

✅ ประสานงานกับบริษัทพันธมิตร ใน จีน เกาหลี และญี่ปุ่น สำหรับการผลิตแม่พิมพ์
✅ ร่วมมือกับทีมในญี่ปุ่น เพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างและระบบการผลิตใหม่
✅ เป็นผู้นำและฝึกอบรมทีมงาน เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
✅ ทำงานร่วมกับทีมคุณภาพ การผลิต วิศวกรรม และซ่อมบำรุง เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการออกแบบแม่พิมพ์
✅ บริหารและดูแลการออกแบบ การผลิต และการบำรุงรักษาแม่พิมพ์ฉีดพลาสติก
✅ วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแม่พิมพ์และผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป (FG)
✅ ควบคุมตารางการผลิตแม่พิมพ์สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ เพื่อให้การเปลี่ยนแปลงจากการออกแบบไปสู่การผลิตเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
✅ ใช้และส่งเสริมแนวทาง HORENSO (รายงาน ติดต่อ ปรึกษา) และ 5S เพื่อการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
✅ สื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ กับผู้บริหาร ลูกค้า ซัพพลายเออร์ และทีมงาน
✅ ดูแลให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ISO9000 และมาตรฐานอืน
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Extensive experience in mold manufacturing with strong CAD/CAM knowledge.
- Nationality: Thai, Japanese, Chinese, or Korean.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in plastic injection molding.
- Deep expertise in mold design and manufacturing.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Thai (mandatory).English proficiency required.Japanese is a plus.
- Expertise in HORENSO and 5S methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิตแม่พิมพ์ พร้อม ความรู้เชิงลึกด้าน CAD/CAM
- สัญชาติ: ไทย ญี่ปุ่น จีน หรือเกาหลี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 15 ปี ในการฉีดขึ้นรูปพลาสติก
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญสูง ใน การออกแบบและผลิตแม่พิมพ์
- ด้านภาษา: สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงาน หากสามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น จะได้รับพิจารณาพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้าน HORENSO และ 5S เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการเป็นผู้นำ การวิเคราะห์ และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดีเยี่ยม
