• Basic troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware / software faults or IT-related issues that may arise in the store and office.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware/ operating systems / Network and applications.
• Evaluate hardware and software requirements for the organization and recommend appropriate pc & laptop specification or models.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Support the roll-out of new applications at Head office and Store.
• Remote support to help set up systems or resolve IT issues.
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
• Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
• Rapidly establish a good working relationship with team and other professionals, such as 3rd party.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including computers, printers, scanners, and other equipment.
• Collaborate with store management to plan and execute IT setup for new store locations.
• Help to coordinate and setup to new/renovate store with sub-contractor.
• Monitor store incident with IT Team.
