2.Facilitate visitor process/record.
3.Handling overall back office, admin tasks.
4.Supporting administrative and HR, coordinating with external entities for admin.
5.Managing contacts and novation, office rental, company car, driver, maid service and facilities.
6.Coordinate with user/supplier to maintain and repair office facilities to be ready for use and in good condition for employees.
7.To assist in reviewing the contractor’s contract-related administration tasks i.e. leasing service.
8.Manage and control stationary, office supplies, office equipment including issuing purchasing requisition to order new office items and maintain sufficient stock level.
9.Good managing of outsources company such as cleaning company to ensure professional looks and hygiene.
10.Timely manage and control all services and contracts that will be provided by suppliers.
11.Establish and maintain all document management control.
12.Etc. and other assignments.
