Responsibilities:
1.Oversee the day-to-day operations across all branches
2.Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
3.Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence
4.Manage bike taxes and documents
5.Represent the company in external communications when needed
