1. Logistics Process Optimization
Implement Lean principles (JIT, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping) to reduce lead times and eliminate waste.
Develop efficient material flow strategies to ensure on-time delivery of parts and components.
Analyze and improve warehouse layout, inventory management, and packaging solutions.
2. Supply Chain Efficiency
Work with suppliers and internal teams to streamline inbound and outbound logistics.
Implement Milk Run logistics and cross-docking to reduce transportation costs.
3. Automation & Digital Transformation
Integrate RFID, IoT, and warehouse automation for real-time inventory tracking.
Support robotic process automation (RPA) and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems in logistics operations.
Utilize ERP (SAP, Oracle) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) for process optimization.
4. Lean Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving
Lead Kaizen events and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to solve logistics inefficiencies.
Apply Six Sigma (DMAIC) methods to enhance logistics performance.
Track KPIs (On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turnover, Logistics Cost Reduction) and implement corrective actions.
5. Cost Reduction & Sustainability
Reduce logistics costs through route optimization, load balancing, and waste reduction.
Implement green logistics initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of transportation and storage.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of JIT, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, and 5S.
- Proficiency in ERP & WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Experience with automation technologies (RFID, AGVs, IoT, AI, Digital Twin, Robotics).
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Logistics Engineering, or Supply Chain Optimization (automotive industry preferred).
