รายละเอียดงาน
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tooling & Equipment Management
Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of production tools, jigs, and fixtures.
Ensure that all machinery and tooling meet safety and quality regulations.
Develop and maintain Tooling Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize downtime.
2. Process Optimization & Tooling Improvements
Analyze tooling performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to enhance tooling reliability and efficiency.
Support the design and procurement of new tools and equipment.
3. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure all tooling meets ISO, IATF 16949, and automotive manufacturing standards.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for tooling failures and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and reduce tooling wear, defects, and downtime to improve production quality.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
Maintain an inventory of tooling, spare parts, and consumables to avoid production delays.
Track tooling costs and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
Work with suppliers to source, repair, and replace tools as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, stamping dies, injection molding, and robotic tooling.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Six Sigma.
- Experience with ERP & CMMS systems for tooling management.
- Experience in tooling maintenance, equipment control, or production support (automotive industry preferred).
- Language Requirements : Chinese Speaking
