-Analyze and visualize engineers' skill sets to support development and resource planning.
-Plan, schedule, and implement training programs to enhance engineers' competencies.
-Coordinate with relevant departments at the Japan headquarters to ensure alignment with company objectives.
-Support initiatives to improve work efficiency through IT solutions and process optimization.
-Collaborate with key stakeholders and external vendors to drive project success.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering ,Electrical Engineering or any
- Experience 7-10 years in design and development within the Home appliance, Electronics, automotive industry.
- Experience 5 years of project management experience, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
- Capable of working as a playing manager with no direct assistant support.
- Expertise in CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), or other programming design
- Good communicate in Japanese language (JLPT N1-N2)
- Proven experience in mentoring, educating, and training engineers
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and digital tools.
