รายละเอียดงาน
• Identify and attract potential mental health counselor (Psychology graduated)
candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified
candidates for open positions for Thailand, India, Vietnam, Indonesia branch
• Conduct preliminary online interviews to assess candidate qualifications,
working conditions, cultural fit, and interest in the company, providing detailed
feedback to the hiring managers
• Arrange interviews between hiring managers/function leads and candidates.
• Work closely with working team to understand their staffing needs, providing
guidance and expertise in the recruitment process
• Innovate and apply creative strategies to address recruitment challenges and
continuously improve the hiring process.
• Assist in the onboarding process by facilitating paperwork, orientations, and
ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
• Coordinate with the team to conduct the job offer.
• Onboarding process for newly hired employees, secondees, trainees and
provide new staff orientation session to match with each new hire.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Good written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English
- At least 1 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment (Experience using free and paid job chanels)
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- A strong interest in the mental health industry and a good understanding of its confidentiality nature.
- Having past recruitment experience in India, Vietnam, Indonesia is a plus
