รายละเอียดงาน
-Oversee and take responsibility for the operational planning of seafood manufacturing.
-Plan, develop, propose, and implement strategies to align with and support corporate goals and objectives.
-Proactively and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared targets.
-Lead and develop the Planning Team to enhance performance and meet objectives.
-Prepare and submit regular reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual updates.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
- At least 10 years of Operation or Material Planning experience in Food Manufacturing with at least 3 years of managerial level experience is required.
- Strong leadership, presentation and communication skill.
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill.
- Proactive, energetic and passion to work for success.
- Fair command of English
