Update employee databases and maintain both digital and electronic employee records.
Support internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Assist in organizing company events and activities.
Handle welfare and benefits processes.
Address employee requests related to HR policies, rules, and regulations.
Prepare and submit HR reports and relevant documentation.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Male or female, aged 21–23 years.
Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
Proficient in social media and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
Passionate about fostering a healthy and positive workplace culture.
Interpersonal, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Experience in leadership and delivering results, whether through university activities or professional experience.
Open-minded, active team player.
Professional and personable communication skills—verbal, written, and non-verbal.
