รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities:
1. Payroll & Benefits Management
- Developing and enforcing HR policies, systems, procedures, and regulations to manage personnel effectively and ensure compliance.
Manage payroll, including project sites, overseeing salaries.
Verify staff attendance using finger scan and Lark application.
Input salary details and upload required files into the triger soft Payroll system.
- Process salary payments through the bank system, ensuring timely disbursement before payday.
- Handle income tax calculations and submissions to the Revenue Department within the monthly deadline.
- Prepare and issue Withholding Tax reports for employees annually.
2. Recruitment & Staffing
- Update employee records on hiring and resignations for Social Security compliance monthly.
- Prepare job descriptions and specifications, ensuring approval from the hiring department before posting.
- Screen and shortlist CVs from various sources, presenting qualified candidates to the hiring department for selection.
3. Visa and Work Permit / Work Permit Renewal
- Prepare the visa and work permit application forms based on the specific requirements of the local government or immigration authorities.
- Prepare all necessary documents for MD’s signature.
Maintain and file requests for required documents from the Revenue Office.
4. Office & Site Project Management
- Assign tasks and provide work direction to subordinates.
Review and revise warning letters and official announcements as needed.
5. ISO & Quality Management (QMS)
- Develop, implement, and maintain Internal Auditor the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 standards.
- Establish and maintain ISO-compliant procedures and records.
6. Others
- Prepare and submit HR reports to BOD.
- Coordinate and support company activities.
