รายละเอียดงาน1. Systematically manage important company documents and information.
2. Receive and send emails, phone calls, and mail.
3. Prepare and compile departmental disbursement documents for submission to the accounting department.
4. Prepare work permits for foreign employees.
5. Maintain office cleanliness and order, including office supplies and procurement.
6. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties, such as customers and suppliers.
7. Manage employee appointments and travel arrangements.
8. Track and report on the progress of assigned tasks
9. Support team operations and perform other assigned tasks.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum 1-3 years, experience in related role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Thai.
- Good interpersonal skills suitable for internal and external communication.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
