•Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and seasonal demand to optimize product selection and maintain competitiveness
•Work closely with the marketing team to assess customer behavior, improve satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
•Regularly track sales, inventory, and operational metrics to ensure the branch meets performance goals and aligns with company policies.
•Implement proactive measures to manage inventory effectively, preventing overstocking, product damage, shrinkage, obsolescence, and expiration.
•Oversee outstanding debts, collaborate with the credit department to establish repayment plans, and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, conduct regular follow-ups, and identify opportunities for service and product improvements.
•Manage branch expenses efficiently and prepare detailed financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
•Organize and participate in staff training programs to enhance skills, performance, and overall operational efficiency.
•Perform other duties as assigned by the director
