- Identify and engage potential customers for Floc Business services through proactive sales efforts and collaboration with the team on communication strategies.
- Represent Floc in meetings, calls, events, and other interactions to educate prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
- Develop tailored sales materials, including talent work samples, project proposals, and quotations, to support client decision-making.
- Work closely with the Hiring Assistant and Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution and excellent customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from initial contact through post-sale support to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
