- Responsible for all recruitment and selection activity to support company’s manpower.
- Prepared job announcement and published in website accuracy and appropriately.
- Screen and interview qualified candidates for job positions as assignment till recommendation placement of candidate by working with the line managers in order to ensure recruiting the best candidate.
- Conduct Interview session and assessment by coordinating schedules. Created new recruitment channel and new projects to support recruitment function for more efficiency.
- Prepare recruitment reports for support to TA Manager.
- Other related works as assignments.

Bachelor's degree in HR , Industrial and Organizational Psychology or any field
Minimum 3 years working experience in recruitment and selection
Solid experience in corporate recruitment function is preferable
Must have pleasant personality, Service minded
Must be self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, independent, driven and an effective team player.
Be able to use computers and basic software such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva
