Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Junior Level)
Industry: Food and Beverage
Location: Silom, Bangkok
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Salary: THB 25,000 30,000 per month
Job Summary
Looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and grow existing client relationships,
focusing on increasing sales volume and optimizing product placement. The role involves both
field and office work, with a strong emphasis on business negotiation, market analysis, and promotional planning.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with existing clients (CVS, supermarkets, and wholesalers) to maintain
strong relationships and drive sales growth.
Schedule and conduct meetings with head offices to negotiate sales conditions and
marketing activities.
Visit assigned retail stores to conduct market analysis, assess product display
effectiveness, and optimize shelf space.
Develop annual sales and promotion plans, including budgeting and forecasting sales
revenue and gross profit.
Plan and coordinate promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.
Monitor sales performance, expenses, and gross profit on a monthly basis in KPI
meetings.
Engage with clients via phone, email, and online meetings to ensure seamless
coordination and sales execution.
Ensure product visibility and branding by improving shelf displays and in-store
promotions.

- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Business-level English for internal communication.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and apply marketing insights to sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
