Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our jewelry firm as a Data Entry and Admin Assistant. This role involves performing various data entry and administrative tasks, including managing stock records, processing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory data. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive materials like gemstones and jewelry items.
Key Responsibilities:
•Accurately enter data into company systems, especially for Purchase, inventory management, sales, and stock updates.
•Maintain and update records of gemstones, jewelry pieces, and materials in Excel and software.
•Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling appointments, and providing general office support.
•Monitor stock levels and update records to reflect new shipments or sales.
•Assist with organizing and labeling stock, including precious stones and jewelry materials, for easy access.
•Support inventory audits and ensure that stock records are accurate and consistent.
•Generate reports related to stock levels, sales, and inventory discrepancies.
•Process orders and ensure proper handling of shipments and deliveries.
•Organize and maintain filing systems for documents and inventory records.
•Help with other administrative tasks as needed, such as managing office supplies or assisting senior staff.
