The Manager – OTA, Tours & Hotel Contracting is responsible for managing online travel agency (OTA) partnerships, negotiating hotel and tour contracts, This role ensures competitive pricing, strong supplier relationships, and seamless operations to maximize revenue and market presence.
Negotiate commissions, exclusive deals, and marketing collaborations with Tours
Ensure technical integrations with OTA platforms for seamless booking processes.
Identify and negotiate contracts with hotels and accommodations to secure competitive rates.
Maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to ensure ongoing availability and favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with rate parity, cancellation policies, and contract terms.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
have experience in OTA management, hotel and tour contracting, or travel distribution.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
