1.According to customer requirements, we will perform 7*24, 5*8 IDC room duty 2.Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including ad hoc work, in accordance with service SLA requirements 3.Familiar with the IDC computer room environment and monitoring system, able to discover and identify risks through inspections, and can quickly and accurately handle emergency events according to the EOP process, complete event data recording and preliminary event report output. 4.Familiar with the work order system, master the SOP standard operating procedures and strictly implement them, and can independently complete low-risk work order operations to ensure zero error operations and SLA compliance rate 5.Familiar with different types of equipment such as IDC room switches, servers, cables, and their installation, racking, deployment, and maintenance specifications. Able to complete site surveys, on-site work, sporadic construction, and problem feedback as required 6.Complete other related work included in the "Service Contract", "Outsourcing Requirements Specification" and the attachments

Have basic knowledge of computer room management 3+ years
Skills required : Microsoft , Office , IT equipment basics / Work order processing capability, event management capability, and environmental inspection
