2. Coordination with Technical Team:
- Collaborate with the Technical Team to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure timely resolution and effective communication of technical solutions.
3. System Testing:
- Conduct thorough testing of systems to validate fixes and ensure functionality.
- Report and track system bugs and issues.
4. Partner Liaison:
- Communicate and coordinate case reports and feedback with partners such as META and TikTok.
- Use English proficiently for effective partner communication.
5. Weekly Reporting:
- Prepare and present weekly summary reports of cases, resolutions, and feedback.
- Highlight trends and recurring issues to improve overall support processes.
