Sales & Business Development: •Identify and target potential clients, including corporate businesses, travel agencies, and event planners. •Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. •Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to promote hotel services.
Client Relationship Management: •Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business. •Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure bookings. •Address client inquiries and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
Revenue & Market Analysis: •Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. •Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies. •Provide sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Coordination with Other Departments: •Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. •Collaborate with the events and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings. •Communicate client requirements to relevant departments to ensure high service standards.
Sales Administration & Reporting: •Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and client databases. •Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. •Attend industry networking events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills: •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field. •Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry. •Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills. •Language: Fluency in English and Thai is required. •Other: Goal-driven, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.
