รายละเอียดงาน
1.Responsible for end-to-end customs management of the company’s import/export operations, developing and optimizing customs declaration and clearance processes to ensure compliant and efficient cargo clearance.
2.Ensure all import/export activities comply with domestic and international regulations, including customs authorities, the Ministry of Commerce, and international trade agreements.
3.Track updates in customs policies, trade agreements, and tax regulations; assess their impact on business operations and formulate mitigation strategies.Handle customs inspections, audits, and emergencies to mitigate compliance risks.
4.Review import/export documents (e.g., contracts, invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
5.Maintain customs data systems (e.g., ERP or customs software), conduct regular analysis of clearance data, and propose cost-optimization recommendations.
6.Lead the customs team by establishing performance evaluation criteria, organizing internal training sessions, and promoting awareness of latest policies, regulations, and compliance requirements to enhance the team’s professional capabilities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Preference for candidates with a degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the logistics industry, with familiarity in the Thai logistics market and import/export procedures.
- Proficiency in Chinese or English.
