รายละเอียดงาน- Help identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection
- Advise customers about necessary service for PM and additional repair if necessary.
- Prepare Job Order showing time period for repair, cost estimates for service to customer for approval to open Job Order.
- Communicate between Foreman and part supervisor for further repair process and parts availability after customer approval on Job Order.
- To update job status and follow up AR with customer.
- To apply all billing process and support workshop administrator to invoice.
- Administer PR document for SUBLET for each relevant Job Order to be given to Dealer Administration to issue PO SUBLET to supplier.
- Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer.
- when mechanics discover additional problems; gets customer approval to do additional work and explains the work performed and the cost charges.
- Follow standard work instructions from WPP process and ISO/DOS.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - High vocational certificate or higher in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in workshop management or claim administration.
- Solid experience in customer relation management and administration tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent problem-solving skill.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work under pressure.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
