รายละเอียดงาน
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for negotiating with banks and third-party payment companies and establishing payment channel cooperation, optimizing channel rates and settlement cycles;
2. Maintain the existing payment channel cooperative relationship, regularly evaluate the service quality of the partner and promote improvement;
3. Coordinate with the technical team to handle the docking of payment channel interfaces, abnormal troubleshooting and system stability optimization;
4. Analyze the cost and efficiency of payment channels, and put forward suggestions for resource integration or replacement;
5. Establish a response mechanism for payment channel problems, and coordinate internal and external resources to quickly solve faults.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and business negotiation is preferred;
- Experience in payment channel negotiation/payment institution cooperation is preferred;
- Understand the technical docking process of payment channel (API/SFTP, etc.) and solutions to common problems;
- Master business negotiation skills, have the ability to interpret contract terms and identify risks;
- English for business communication, preferably a little understanding of Chinese.
