Reporting to the Country Manager, you will support the full spectrum of HR. You will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent opportunities to interact with internal and external stakeholder in the APAC region. You will be responsible for personnel recruitment, salary calculations, and promoting personnel and organizational development.
Role Summary
• Day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
• Full recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, coordinating interviews, and issuing employment contracts.
• Prepare and process monthly wage rates in a timely and accurate manner, including calculation OT, printing pay slips, maintaining leave records, recording trip allowances, and inputting data into the SSO system,
• Select courses for personnel and organizational development.
• Work with Group HR in Headquarters to upkeep the policies and procedures of the company.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time by the Manager.
