RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control and maintenance of as-built documentation (quality and content verification).
Reporting on as-built documentation (structuring and archiving).
Budget control and cost management.
Participation in negotiations and contract signing (technical aspects).
Preparation of tender documentation.
Verification and approval of working documentation and shop drawings.
Coordination with subcontractors regarding project progress.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai citizenship.
- Relevant experience in construction.
- Proficiency in reading and adjusting drawings in AutoCAD.
- English language proficiency.
- Strong understanding of technical and construction processes.
- Experience in budget control and contract negotiations.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset.
