•Manage an issue-tracking system and report on issue resolution SLAs.
•Procure, maintain, and administer computers, office equipment, and IT assets.
•Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
•Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
•Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and system access.
•Ensure software updates, patches, and security measures are applied timely.
•Support the deployment of new applications and system upgrades.
•Document technical issues, resolutions, and user guides.
•Provide training and guidance to employees on IT best practices.
•Maintain data backup and recovery systems.
•Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
