Quality System Engineer (QS) 6 months contract

รายละเอียดงาน
- Follow up on the requirement of IATF 16949 and other international standard and ensure the conformity of company management
- Coordinate with certification bodies and arrange to conduct system audit i.e. certification, Re-certification, Surveillance audit
- Ensure accuracy of data submitted for management review.
- Oversee and maintain quality assurance processes (eg Corrective Action, Deviation and Engineering Change).
- Supervise and execute a containment action and follow up on disposition of non-conformity
- Follow up on the completion and effectiveness of corrective/preventive/Improvement action
- Provide initial and recurrent quality awareness training to employees.
- Develop, maintain and lead routine internal audit program.
- Follow up and execute company’s activities to achieve KPI as per the set targets.
- Act as liaison with registrar and customers for external audits.
- Ensure that the QMS continues to meet the requirements set out in IATF 16949.
- Perform regular scheduled QMS submissions to customers to ensure certification is maintained (eg Ford QOS).
- Review basic statistical quality control, which includes charting, recording & analyzing the processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
- Have good knowledge in Quality Management system, especially with IATF 16949
- Have good knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, MSA, and other automotive
- Excellent command of English both oral and written
- Able to use MS office , Power Point
