1. Smart Home Implementation & Project Execution
• Lead and oversee the implementation of smart home systems according to project plans and requirements.
• Develop project execution strategies and allocate resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure all smart home solutions are installed and configured properly.
• Work closely with dealers, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate smooth deployments.
2. Engineering Team Management & Development
• Supervise and coach a team of Smart Home Engineers, ensuring their professional growth and technical skills development.
• Build a Knowledge Management (KM) system for the team and dealers to improve service efficiency.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance against KPIs and company objectives.
3. Technical Support & Incident Management (Helpdesk Lead)
• Managing incidents and service requests with defined SLA commitments.
• Oversee Level 2 technical support, ensuring complex issues are escalated and resolved efficiently.
• Improve customer satisfaction by enhancing response time, troubleshooting, and service quality.
• Analyze incident reports to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
4. Customer Relationship & Service Excellence
• Act as a technical advisor to customers, ensuring they receive optimal solutions.
• Work proactive to improve post-installation customer engagement and increase customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the team maintains a customer-first mindset in every project and support interaction.
5. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
• Set and track KPIs for the engineering team to measure service efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and refine processes for Smart Home implementation and support.
• Identify areas for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and better team utilization.
• Work closely with management and stakeholders to align engineering operations with business goals.
