Work hours: Mon - Fri 8:00-17:15
• Direct report to HR Manager (Thai)
• Recruitment Management: Coordinate with recruitment agencies for job postings, interview scheduling, and result notifications, as well as candidate assessment preparation. Organize job fair booths when required.
• HRM & Employee Benefits: Manage and review employee benefits, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with employee needs. Develop and enhance company welfare policies.
• HR Data Management & Analysis: Maintain and analyze HR data, including employee attendance and leave records. Calculate overtime, prepare monthly OT summaries, and manage employee data to support strategic decision-making.
• Training & Development: Support planning and management of employee training and skill development programs.
• Employee Engagement: Organize company activities, conduct employee satisfaction surveys, and analyze results to improve engagement strategies.
• Employee Retention Programs: Assist in planning and implementing initiatives to enhance employee retention.
• Internal Communication: Facilitate communication between departments, including HR announcements and employee policy clarifications.
• HR Technology & Systems: Contribute to the development and implementation of HRIS or new technologies to streamline HR processes.
• Translation & Interpretation: Provide interpretation and translation of HR-related documents within the company.
• ISO9001 & Corporate Activities: Support ISO9001 initiatives and other company-organized activities as required.
