Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Strategy & Supplier Selection: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for manufacturing components and materials to meet production requirements. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and lead-time expectations. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure suppliers align with product specifications and standards. Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistency, reliability, and continuous improvement. Monitor supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, cost, delivery, and service. Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Cost Optimization & Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions for materials and components. Drive cost reduction initiatives by analyzing market trends, alternative sourcing options, and process improvements. Develop and manage cost models and budgets to ensure sourcing goals align with financial targets. Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with procurement, inventory management, and production planning teams to ensure smooth integration of sourced materials into the supply chain. Monitor and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including potential disruptions,

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
Experience in the [specific industry, e.g., Garment, Textiles] is a plus.
Experience with sourcing materials and components for complex products or assemblies.
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Full-time position with occasional travel to supplier locations
Flexibility in working hours may be required due to time zone differences with global suppliers
Working day / Time : Monday -Saturday , Time 08.00-05.00 p.m.
