Quantity: 1 – 2 HC/ Each Region (Permanent, Temporary And/or Freelance)
FINKUB is an expert in Financial Software Development and Implementation. We deliver IT Solution and great IT services to meet the diverse needs of clients. Regarding our new launched product and service, we are looking for new team member of Sales who be a window for new customer in each region.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding new customers and building connections with potential customers to grow the business.
Core responsibilities include:
• Lead generation: Developing pipelines of potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
• Customer relationships: Fostering relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Closing deals: Negotiating contracts, finalizing agreements, and ensuring that sales quotas are met or exceeded.
• Sales goals alignment: Working with the internal team and sales manager to achieve company sales targets.
• Ongoing learning: Staying up to date on new products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible solutions to clients.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1 -2 years or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Demonstrated success in independent sales roles, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey product benefits and build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques, enabling the ability to secure favorable deals and address client concerns.
- A self-driven and proactive approach, exhibiting the ability to work autonomously and maintain a consistent effort to achieve sales goals.
- In-depth knowledge of the products or services being represented, allowing for a thorough understanding of client needs and effective communication.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks, balance responsibilities, and consistently meet sales targets.
- The ability to adapt to changing market dynamics, client needs, and product offerings, ensuring a flexible approach to sales strategies.
